The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds but is in need of updates and lacks amenities. The service is exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff making every interaction a breeze. The location is good, close to tourist attractions but a bit dull overall. The dining experience is average, with limited options available. The facilities are well-kept, and the value for money is fair.

After my Galapagos trip, I found the hotel very clean and spacious, with a security safe and some English-speaking television stations. It was slightly disappointing in some aspects, but overall a decent choice.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with great views over the hills of Quito. Despite being on the 2nd floor facing a busy side, it was surprisingly quiet at night after 11 pm. The service was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff always available at the café Colón or the front desk. The location was perfect, close to several restaurants and right across from a vibrant park with a fantastic craft market on weekends. Although the dining experience was exceptional with fresh-cooked eggs and awesome orange juice, the price was a bit on the higher side. Overall, it's a great value for money.
